We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to oversee the supervision of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) project in Qatar. The candidate will act as the client's representative, ensuring that the project is completed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage the day-to-day site supervision and construction activities.
Coordinate between the client, contractor, and design teams.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Review contractor submissions and approve construction methods.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
Prepare progress reports and ensure that deadlines are met.
Address technical issues promptly and provide solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in WWTP/STP supervision projects.
MMUP/UPDA Certification preferred.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Deep understanding of wastewater treatment processes and civil infrastructure.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
