Al Fuzail Group is urgently hiring an experienced Motor Winder who can handle maintenance, rewinding, and repairs of electric motors and generators.
Rewind and repair AC and DC electric motors, stators, rotors, and transformers.
Disassemble motors, diagnose faults, and recommend repair solutions.
Carry out preventive maintenance on motors and electrical machinery.
Perform motor insulation tests and ensure correct rewinding.
Maintain all tools and equipment used in motor rewinding tasks.
Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Motor Winder (experience in Qatar preferred).
Diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
Proficient in motor rewinding and electrical repair techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical motor issues.
Familiarity with insulation resistance testing.
Attention to detail and high precision work habits.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle heavy components.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
