Job Description:
The company is looking for a capable Admin Staff (Female) to provide administrative support and ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general office administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
Manage office supplies, ordering and maintaining stock levels.
Support HR, finance, and other departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Handle data entry and maintain office records.
Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role in Qatar, preferably in a similar field.
A valid transferable visa in Qatar.
Age: Below 30 years.
Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
