Job Description:
A reputable transportation company is urgently seeking a Receptionist (Female) to manage the front desk and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage appointments and meeting schedules for the team.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative duties and support staff as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
A valid transferable visa in Qatar.
Age: Below 30 years.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and multitasking.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional phone etiquette and front-desk management.
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
