Job Description:
We are hiring a professional Document Controller cum Receptionist to manage company documentation and front office operations.
Responsibilities:
Control and maintain all project documentation and filing.
Receive and direct visitors and incoming calls professionally.
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and distribute it appropriately.
Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Ensure confidentiality and data security in document handling.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in document control and reception work.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
