Job Description:
We are looking for a Results-Driven Sales Manager to lead business acquisition and client relationship management for our growing warehousing operations. The candidate should have strong market connections, an energetic sales approach, and a strategic mindset to bring new storage clients and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify, approach, and secure new storage clients.
Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or related sectors.
Skills:
Strong network of market connections in Qatar’s logistics and warehousing sectors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute sales initiatives.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
