Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indoor Sales Executive with a strong background in digital marketing and social media management. The ideal candidate will manage existing sales accounts, drive new marketing initiatives, and effectively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and support business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing sales accounts.

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns.

  • Handle social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through social media and online platforms.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
