Job Description:
The role combines cashier responsibilities with social media and basic office management tasks. The ideal candidate will handle daily transactions while also managing the company’s digital presence across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and manage cash drawer
Create, post, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Respond to customer inquiries and comments online in a timely manner
Maintain and update product/service information on social platforms
Prepare daily reports on transactions and social media engagement
Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
Arab nationality (female)
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar administrative/marketing role
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of major social media platforms
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Customer service oriented
