Job Title: HSE Officer

Job Description:
Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on site. The HSE Officer will oversee and implement safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for employees and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies

• Organize safety training and awareness programs

• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions

• Promote a culture of safety at all levels of the organization

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field

• NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a construction/engineering or technical environment

Skills:

• Good understanding of HSE laws and international safety standards

• Incident investigation and reporting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to train and guide teams on safety practices
