We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Specialist for our established Servicing and Trading company based in Qatar, which represents a wide portfolio of Oil and Gas products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing HR processes, overseeing employee relations, and managing technology-driven HR functions to deliver consistent and efficient service.


โœ… Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of current HR systems, tools, and processes in meeting organizational and employee needs.

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve overall HR service delivery.

  • Leverage and integrate HR technology platforms to streamline processes and optimize team productivity.

  • Lead change management efforts related to system upgrades, policy revisions, and organizational changes.

  • Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all teams.

  • Process and manage employee payroll in coordination with finance and accounting teams.

  • Create, update, and maintain job profiles and role descriptions for both new hires and existing employees.


๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3โ€“5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws in Qatar/GCC.

  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), payroll systems, and digital HR platforms.

  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas sector HR operations is a plus.
