We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Specialist for our established Servicing and Trading company based in Qatar, which represents a wide portfolio of Oil and Gas products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing HR processes, overseeing employee relations, and managing technology-driven HR functions to deliver consistent and efficient service.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of current HR systems, tools, and processes in meeting organizational and employee needs.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve overall HR service delivery.
Leverage and integrate HR technology platforms to streamline processes and optimize team productivity.
Lead change management efforts related to system upgrades, policy revisions, and organizational changes.
Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all teams.
Process and manage employee payroll in coordination with finance and accounting teams.
Create, update, and maintain job profiles and role descriptions for both new hires and existing employees.
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3โ5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws in Qatar/GCC.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), payroll systems, and digital HR platforms.
Familiarity with Oil & Gas sector HR operations is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in HR software and digital tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
Adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced business environment.
