We are hiring Office Executives to handle administrative tasks, coordinate internal operations, and support management to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Manage office correspondence and handle incoming/outgoing emails and calls
Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies
Schedule meetings and appointments
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Support HR and accounts team with data entry and clerical duties
Handle day-to-day administrative duties
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2–4 years of administrative experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of basic accounting or HR is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Multitasking and time management
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
