📝 Job Description

We are hiring Office Executives to handle administrative tasks, coordinate internal operations, and support management to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence and handle incoming/outgoing emails and calls

  • Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation

  • Support HR and accounts team with data entry and clerical duties

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 2–4 years of administrative experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of basic accounting or HR is a plus
