We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about technology-driven sales and eager to contribute to the growth of the company. This role will focus on generating leads, building strategic relationships, and expanding our client base across Qatar.
Develop and execute business strategies to attract new clients.
Identify market trends and emerging customer needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales pitches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
In-depth knowledge of IT/software and mobility solutions.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
High-level communication and networking skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Target-oriented mindset with strong self-discipline.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
