Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced Automotive Mechanic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle maintenance department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in all mechanical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of auto mechanics and technicians.
Diagnose complex mechanical issues in vehicles.
Schedule and assign work orders.
Monitor productivity, repair timelines, and job quality.
Maintain inventory of tools and parts.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a vehicle workshop.
Strong knowledge of petrol and diesel engine systems.
Skills:
Leadership and team management.
Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools.
Good communication and organizational skills.
