Job Description:
Ensure quality control across food preparation, hygiene, and service in industrial catering setups.
Responsibilities:
Implement food safety protocols.
Conduct kitchen inspections.
Maintain QA documentation.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Food Tech or similar.
5+ years in industrial catering.
Skills:
HACCP knowledge.
Strong communication.
Auditing and documentation skills.
Minimum Experience: 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry
Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in relevant field
Additional Documents: Experience Certificates are mandatory
Visa: Must have a Transferable Visa or NOC (No Objection Certificate)
