Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets in the ceramics and porcelain market in Qatar. This role involves leading the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the ceramics and porcelain field.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior or managerial sales position.
Professional certifications preferred: CDMP, CMMP, PSS, CSP, CPS.
Skills Required:
Excellent leadership and team management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the Qatari ceramics and porcelain market.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
