Job Description:

We are hiring a Retail Store Manager for our shoe store operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, particularly in fashion or footwear, and will be responsible for leading store operations, supervising staff, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

  • Supervise and lead the retail team, providing training and motivation

  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability

  • Analyze sales data and create reports for management

  • Ensure store layout and merchandising align with brand standards

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost store traffic

  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail managerial role, preferably in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle products

  • NOC is required for job transfer in Qatar

  • Must be available to join immediately

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of POS systems and retail management software

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
