📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fitout / Carpentry Foreman to oversee site teams and coordinate interior carpentry and joinery works. The candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to manage workforce, materials, and ensure quality work.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities related to carpentry, joinery, and interior finishing

Assign tasks to carpentry and fitout workers and monitor their performance

Ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications

Coordinate with the site engineer and project supervisor on work schedules

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control

Prepare daily reports and updates on progress
🎓 Qualifications:
-
Diploma/ITI or equivalent in Carpentry or Civil/Interior Works

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the interior fit-out sector, specifically carpentry and joinery
🛠 Skills:

Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively

Excellent technical knowledge of woodwork, furniture installation, and fitout processes

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings

Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
