House of Uniform, a leading uniform manufacturing and trading company in Qatar, is urgently hiring female Business Development Executives from Filipino and Arab nationalities. The ideal candidates should have strong sales experience, preferably in the uniform or textile industry, and must hold a valid Qatari driving license.
This is a client-facing role with a focus on growing the companyโs client base and expanding its market share.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (corporate, hospitality, healthcare, schools, etc.)
Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to promote uniform solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the production and design team to deliver client requirements effectively
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields
2โ4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or fashion
Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Knowledge of the uniform or apparel industry
Self-driven and result-oriented personality
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
Female candidates only (Filipino and Arab nationals preferred)
Must have a valid Qatar driving license
Must be locally available and ready to join immediately
Transferable visa / NOC preferred
