🧾 Job Title: Junior Sales Associate

📝 Job Description:

Lead EMS is urgently hiring three (3) Junior Sales Associates with an electrical background. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in the sales of electrical building materials and should be familiar with both project-based and trade-based selling. The role demands excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the electrical building materials sector.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients in the project and trade sectors.

  • Promote and sell a wide range of electrical products.

  • Provide technical information and advice to clients.

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.

  • Track and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for stock updates, deliveries, and invoicing.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in selling electrical building materials.

  • Experience in the Qatari market is a plus.

🛠️ Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of electrical building materials and product applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in using sales tracking tools or CRMs.

  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.

📋 Other Requirements:

  • Must have a Qatar Driving License.

  • Must have a Transferable Visa with NOC.

  • Project/trade sales experience is highly preferred.
