Al Firza Trading, a leading distributor of building materials in Qatar, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wholesale building materials trading, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Develop and execute business strategies to expand the customer base
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the building materials industry
Identify new market opportunities and generate leads for potential clients
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings
Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring profitability
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and results
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the wholesale building materials trading industry
Strong knowledge of the building materials market in Qatar
Valid QID and driving license
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in B2B sales and business strategy development
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
