📝 Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Procurement Officer with a strong background in landscaping materials and systems, plus working knowledge of SAP software.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and procure landscaping materials (plants, irrigation, construction)

  • Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance

  • Maintain SAP-based procurement records and documentation

  • Evaluate supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships

  • Collaborate with site engineers and project managers on material needs

🎯 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience, preferably in landscaping or construction

  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems is a must

  • Familiarity with Qatar/GCC landscaping suppliers is a strong advantage

💼 Skills Required:

  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
