A leading automotive company in Qatar is looking for a Sales Engineer with a mechanical engineering background, preferably with prior experience in the automotive lubricants or related industries. The role demands strong technical sales capabilities, client relationship management, and a proactive attitude to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the automotive sector
Promote and sell automotive lubricants to new and existing customers
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions
Prepare technical quotations, tenders, and proposals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 3β5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive lubricants, spare parts, or technical products
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share
Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and mechanical components
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Customer-oriented with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
