A leading company in the automotive lubricants industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to drive growth through innovative trade promotions, retail activations, and channel development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning marketing strategies with sales goals and enhancing the brand’s visibility at retail and distribution touchpoints.
Plan and implement trade marketing strategies across retail and distribution channels
Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations
Analyze sales data and market trends to evaluate promotion effectiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts
Develop POS materials and promotional tools to support sales teams
Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment with business goals
Prepare regular reports on trade marketing performance and ROI
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or automotive sector
Proven experience in managing trade promotions and retail campaigns
Solid understanding of the retail environment and distribution channels in Qatar/GCC
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative thinker with strategic mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
