📝 Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Supervisor – Operations with over 5 years of experience in managing heavy vehicles such as MAN, VOLVO, ACTROS, and HINO. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of transport operations and fleet management.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the heavy vehicle fleet

  • Supervise drivers, assign duties, and ensure timely delivery schedules

  • Monitor fleet performance and arrange preventive maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards

  • Report operational status to the management on a daily/weekly basis

  • Assist in route planning, fuel tracking, and vehicle usage optimization

  • Handle emergencies and breakdowns, coordinate with service teams

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle service, trips, and inspections

🎯 Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in heavy vehicle operations

  • Strong knowledge of fleet logistics and vehicle maintenance

  • Filipino nationality preferred

  • Familiarity with heavy trucks such as MAN, VOLVO, ACTROS & HINO

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage

💻 Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Knowledge of transport regulations in Qatar

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
