A reputable company based in Doha, Qatar is currently seeking a Female Secretary to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling secretarial and administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering calls and managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for executives and managers
Maintain and organize company files and documentation
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
Support team members in any administrative needs as required
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
Nationality preferred: Philippines
Gender: Female
Must be currently based in Qatar with valid residency/transferable visa
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
