📝 Job Description:

A reputable company based in Doha, Qatar is currently seeking a Female Secretary to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling secretarial and administrative duties with minimal supervision.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering calls and managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for executives and managers

  • Maintain and organize company files and documentation

  • Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing

  • Support team members in any administrative needs as required


🎯 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role

  • Nationality preferred: Philippines

  • Gender: Female

  • Must be currently based in Qatar with valid residency/transferable visa
