The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Maintain office records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
