The Customer Relations Officer will handle customer inquiries, manage client accounts, and assist with government-related processes.
Assist customers with inquiries and service-related issues.
Handle government-related documentation and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal departments for customer support.
Prepare reports and maintain customer records.
Manage client complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Nationality: Arab National (Male or Female).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer relations role.
Experience with government-related work is required.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
