Job Description:

The Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve meals and drinks promptly while following hygiene and safety regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Assist in setting up tables and preparing for service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nationality: Indian, Nepali, Filipina, Sri Lankan (Female candidates only).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waitress in a hotel or restaurant.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
