The Customer Relations Officer will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests, ensuring a positive client experience.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain records of interactions and prepare reports.
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person customer interactions professionally.
Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.
Filipina female candidates preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
