Job Description:

The Female Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, handling daily office operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth workflow in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.

  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Maintain records and ensure document confidentiality.

  • Coordinate office activities and support staff as needed.

  • Handle inquiries and assist in communication between departments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Preferred nationality: Filipina (Philippines)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
