Job Description:

Limited Trading & Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Fit-Out Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in AutoCAD, submittals, and site supervision with experience in interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site fit-out activities to ensure project completion within schedule and budget.

  • Interpret and review technical drawings, designs, and AutoCAD plans for implementation.

  • Prepare, submit, and track material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.

  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues promptly.

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience in fit-out projects, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparing material submittals.

  • Experience in handling high-end interior fit-out projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, material submittals, and shop drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
