Job Description:

The Contract Specialist is responsible for managing and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor contract performance and variations.

• Work closely with procurement, finance, and legal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
