Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost reports.

• Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs.

• Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within budget.

• Assist in contract administration and tendering processes.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
✅ Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
✅ Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control techniques.
