About Us: We are a leading security company in Qatar, known for our commitment to delivering high-quality security services. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our training programs.

Position Available:

1. Training Manager - 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for all levels of staff within the company.
  • Assess training needs and create customized training solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure training aligns with operational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards in training practices.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic with trainees and management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar, preferably in the Facility Management or Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and listening).
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
  • Qatar driving license is required.
