About Us:
We are a leading security company in Qatar, known for our commitment to delivering high-quality security services. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our training programs.
Position Available:
1. Training Manager - 1 Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for all levels of staff within the company.
- Assess training needs and create customized training solutions to address skill gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure training aligns with operational goals and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards in training practices.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic with trainees and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar, preferably in the Facility Management or Hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
- Qatar driving license is required.
