Job Description:

The MEP Quantity Surveyor will handle measurement and cost estimation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, invoices, and tender documents.

• Verify material costs and subcontractor payments.

• Monitor project budgets and financial reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Degree in QS/Engineering.
✅ 10+ years of GCC experience in MEP cost estimation.
