Job Description:

The Sr. MEP Quantity Surveyor will manage cost estimation, contract administration, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and contract documents.

• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.

• Track project budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering.
✅ 10+ years of GCC experience in MEP QS.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, and Excel.
