Job Description:

The Commercial & Contract Manager will oversee all commercial aspects, contractual agreements, and financial risks in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract administration, procurement, and cost control.

• Assess and mitigate contractual risks.

• Review claims and variations in line with contract terms.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
✅ 10+ years of experience in MEP commercial management.
✅ Expertise in FIDIC contracts and GCC construction laws.
✅ Strong negotiation, risk management, and financial analysis skills.
