About Us:
We are a well-established security company in Qatar, dedicated to delivering exceptional security services to our clients. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the HR Admin roles within our organization.
Positions Available:
1. HR Admin - 2 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee data.
- Assist in organizing and implementing HR-related events and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic with employees and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar, preferably in the Facility Management or Hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Qatar driving license is required.
