QA/QC - Industrial Catering Services

📍 Location: Doha , Qatar
💰 Salary: QR 2500 + QR 1000 Bonus

Job Description:

The QA/QC Specialist in Industrial Catering ensures food quality, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards in catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food preparation and ensure hygiene standards are met.

  • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and food safety assessments.

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and QHSE standards.

  • Train catering staff on food safety, quality control, and hygiene.

  • Investigate and resolve food safety issues or customer complaints.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial catering QA/QC.
✅ Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
✅ Certification in food safety or quality management is an advantage.
