Job Description:

A well-established private firm in Qatar is seeking a Facility Manager with experience in the cleaning industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance, managing cleaning staff, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Manage and train cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Develop cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and maintenance plans.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Handle client coordination, complaints, and service improvements.

• Oversee budgeting, procurement of cleaning supplies, and cost control.

• Prepare reports on facility operations and staff performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the cleaning industry in Qatar.
✅ NOC required for local hire.
✅ Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
✅ Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools.
