A leading consultancy in Qatar is looking for a Financial Affairs Expert with expertise in structuring and managing the financial aspects of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop financial models for PPP project feasibility studies.

Evaluate project costing, risk assessments, and revenue structures.

Work with investors, banks, and government agencies on funding strategies.

Oversee financial reporting, budget planning, and performance analysis.

Ensure compliance with PPP regulations, taxation, and financial policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
