Position Available:

1. Welfare Manager - 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the welfare and well-being of all employees within the company.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Liaise with management to implement employee welfare programs and initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Maintain records related to employee welfare activities and reports.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar, preferably in the Facility Management or Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and listening).
  • Experience in handling employee welfare, HR, or related roles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Qatar driving license is required.
