Position Available:
1. Welfare Manager - 1 Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the welfare and well-being of all employees within the company.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Liaise with management to implement employee welfare programs and initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues.
- Maintain records related to employee welfare activities and reports.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar, preferably in the Facility Management or Hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Experience in handling employee welfare, HR, or related roles.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Qatar driving license is required.
