Job Description:
We are looking for a Contracts Engineering Expert to handle and oversee contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and project claims for major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate engineering and construction contracts.

Provide legal and technical advice on contractual obligations and risks.

Handle claims management, contract variations, and dispute resolutions.

Ensure compliance with FIDIC, QCS, and other contractual frameworks.

Work closely with legal, procurement, and project management teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or Contract Management.
âś… Minimum 10 years of experience in contract engineering.
âś… Expertise in FIDIC, PPP, EPC, and Design & Build contracts.
âś… Strong knowledge of dispute resolution and risk management.
âś… Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
