Job Description:
We are seeking a Contracts Expert (PPP Projects) with extensive experience in structuring Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreements for major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage PPP contract frameworks for infrastructure and development projects.

Negotiate contract terms with private sector investors and government entities.

Ensure compliance with PPP regulations and risk allocation strategies.

Handle financial modeling, revenue-sharing models, and concession agreements.

Assist in legal reviews, contract variations, and dispute resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Contract Management.
âś… Minimum 10 years of experience in PPP projects and contractual frameworks.
âś… Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, and BOT contract structures.
âś… Experience in infrastructure, transportation, and utilities PPP projects.
âś… Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
