Job Description:

The Quality & Infection Link Nurse will be responsible for maintaining infection control standards and ensuring quality assurance in homecare settings. This role involves monitoring infection rates, implementing safety measures, and training staff on infection prevention protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infection prevention and control policies.

• Conduct regular hygiene and sanitation audits in homecare settings.

• Train homecare nurses on best practices for infection control.

• Monitor and report infection incidents and suggest corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (QCHP, WHO, JCI).

• Work with healthcare teams to enhance patient safety and hygiene.

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements in infection control.

• Maintain records of infection control measures and report to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in infection control or healthcare quality management.

• Certification in Infection Control or Healthcare Quality Assurance is an advantage.

• Valid QCHP license or eligibility to obtain it.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and training abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of infection prevention measures.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
