Job Description:
The Nurse Educator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for homecare nurses. This role ensures that nursing staff stay updated with the latest medical practices and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing nurses.

Educate staff on clinical procedures, patient care techniques, and infection control.

Provide mentorship and support to nurses to enhance their skills.

Monitor nurse performance and recommend areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with QCHP, JCI, and international healthcare standards.

Update educational materials and manuals based on the latest medical advancements.

Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate nursing competency.

Work closely with the management team to improve nursing quality and patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing/Education.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Educator.

Valid QCHP license or eligibility to obtain it.

Strong knowledge of clinical training methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Proficient in curriculum development and nurse competency assessment.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
