Job Description:

The Homecare Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and personal care to patients in their homes. The role includes monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating with doctors to ensure proper treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic and advanced nursing care to homecare patients.

• Monitor patient vital signs and assess health conditions regularly.

• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed.

• Assist with wound care, catheterization, and feeding procedures.

• Educate patients and family members on proper home care techniques.

• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort.

• Maintain accurate records of patient health conditions and treatments.

• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for proper patient care.

• Adhere to infection control and healthcare safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in general nursing or homecare.

• Valid QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) license or eligibility to obtain it.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.

• Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide CPR when necessary.

• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
