Job Description:

The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company's transport, rental, and trading services. The candidate must have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to expand market reach and secure new business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.

  • Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients and vendors.

  • Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain a strong network of corporate clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting transport, rental, and trading services.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the transport, rental, or trading industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

  • Must have a valid Qatar Driving License for client visits and business meetings.
