The Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth workflow within the automotive garage. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and prior experience in the transport industry.
Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain records, invoices, and documentation for company operations.
Process and track purchase orders, payments, and inventory-related documents.
Assist in HR tasks, including employee attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Coordinate with workshop managers and transport teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Support the management team in planning and executing administrative strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles within the transport or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of office procedures, administrative processes, and documentation.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Qatar’s labor laws and company regulations is a plus.
