Asian Thermal is seeking a competent Office Assistant to support the administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, handling office tasks, and coordinating with teams.
Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and data entry.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and quotations.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for scheduling.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems for records and documents.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of office management procedures.
Transferable visa with valid Qatar residence permit required.
